Following the recent collapse of the Powwow Water Company, Eden Springs has joined forces with the
British Water Cooler Association (BWCA) to offer ex-Powwow customers a seamless and professional
transition to a new supplier.
The BWCA is the trade association for water coolers in the UK, It was established 25 years ago to promote
good practice within the industry and protect the customer through maintaining high standards of product
safety and hygiene, by providing an informed product choice (mains-fed or bottle-fed), by supplying WRAS
(Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) qualified engineers and advisors and establishing a common code of
conduct for members to follow.
The BWCA is committed to ensuring that every ex-Powwow customer has access to a continued supply of
Bottle-fed water coolers from an approved BWCA member,
Q. How does it work?
A, All Powwow contracts for bottled water coolers have been assigned to Eden Springs UK Ltd. Eden Springs
and Office Watercoolers SW have entered into an agreement confirming that any existing Powlryow customer
contracb re bottle-fed coolers can be re-assigned to Office Watercoolers SW.
Q. What are the benefits to the customer?
A. This agreement allows a professional, legal and seamless continuation of supply to all former Powwow
customers through participating BWCA members.
